Welcome to Gulab — a traditionally designed room at Hari Villa – A Boutique Homestay by Prakrit Stays. Situated on the first floor of a 60-year-old Jaipur heritage home, Gulab combines homely comfort with the lively charm of the Pink City.

With its own small private balcony, this room invites you to sit back with a cup of chai and soak in the sounds and sights of Jaipur’s bustling streets.

Ideal for solo travellers, couples, and small families, Gulab offers an authentic stay experience in Jaipur’s vibrant city centre – right next to the main bus stand and close to the city’s iconic attractions. Our home is one-of-a-kind in Jaipur city, nestled amidst lush greenery and home to rabbits, chirpy birds, cows and a few dogs.

Guest Access

Guests have access to their private room with an attached bathroom and private balcony. All common areas on the first floor — including the shared kitchen and common balcony — are also accessible.

Other Things to Note

• Street noise: Located in the vibrant city centre, some traffic sounds may be heard.
• Stairs only: The homestay is on the first floor of a heritage home — no elevator.
• Shared spaces: Please respect the privacy and comfort of other guests.
• Quiet hours: Kindly keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
• Kitchen use: You’re welcome to use the shared kitchen — just be mindful of others.
• TV & music: Please maintain a reasonable volume.
• No Parties Allowed — parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
